West Fullerton Little League has been part of our community since 1957, and our league continues to thrive because of dedicated volunteers who step up each season to coach, manage, and mentor our players.

Whether you’ve played baseball your whole life or are simply passionate about supporting kids and giving back, you can make a meaningful impact by joining our coaching team.

Why Coach at WFLL?

Coaching is about so much more than wins and losses. As a WFLL coach or manager, you’ll help:

• Build confidence, character, and leadership in young athletes

• Create lifelong memories for players and families

• Teach teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect

• Strengthen our Fullerton community through youth sports

• Share the love of the game with the next generation

What WFLL Provides:

• Training, resources, and guidance for all experience levels

• Support from our Board, Player Agent, and Coaching Coordinator

• Access to league equipment and improved facilities

• Required coaching certifications and safety training 

Who We’re Looking For:

• Positive, encouraging leaders who enjoy working with kids

• Volunteers willing to learn and follow Little League guidelines

• Strong communicators with players and families

• Dependable team leaders committed to practices and games

• No prior coaching experience required — just a great attitude

Time Commitment:

• Pre-season meetings and planning

• Spring Season: ~2 practices per week, 2 games per week 

All volunteers are required to complete background checks and safety training to ensure a safe and positive environment for our players.
